Wolfgang Bartelt

Wolfgang Bartelt

Founder / Chief Technology Officer

Wolfgang Bartelt is the founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ingeniation. Wolfgang is a computer scientist with over 30 years working experience. He began his career in the telecom domain, starting as a software engineer and climbing up the ladder quickly to work in positions at a business unit level of larger corporations.

In 2002 Wolfgang made a career changing decision to dedicate himself towards research and development in artificial intelligence. Since then, Wolfgang has dedicated more than 17 years and thousands of man hours in his relentless passion to invent true, life-like intelligence based on a new kind of ‘fluid software’.

As part of this journey he became deeply involved in contemporary software engineering practices and supported leading software companies in their endeavor to improve their software production capabilities. During this time, he gained deep insights into the secrets of software creation and continuously and successfully used his real-world experiences to refine his own AI theories.

His research and development work eventually culminated in a “Theory of Meta-Engineering” in 2014 when he founded Ingeniation Pty Ltd as a means to bring his brain-child into being.

Brad R Smyth

Brad R Smyth

Dr Tirtha Ranjeet

Dr Tirtha Ranjeet

PhD Information Technology, Computer Scientist

As part of his doctoral thesis, Tirtha specialized in automation of optimization processes in a complex system using evolutionary algorithms. He also modelled and designed a Decision Support System using neural network algorithm for predicting crops yield in agriculture. Further, he developed an application for the automated detection of DNA mutation sequences. He is experienced in conducting applied research using AI techniques and has extensive knowledge in simulation, systems analysis, database design and data analysis.

Tirtha is working as a Research Scientist at Ingeniation and provides professional scientific support as well as playing a major role in the development of our Holonic simulation environment. His analytical skills contributed highly to speed up the development process and greatly assisted in identifying and proving artificial general intelligent characteristics in our system approach. He also identified a novel way of conducting anomaly detections in continuous time series based on our technology.

Dr Asit K. Saha

Dr Asit K. Saha

Associate Professor

Asit did his first PhD in Applied Mathematics focusing on embryonic pattern formation based on the theory of Dissipative Structure in Self-Organized Non-Equilibrium Systems. He earned his second PhD in Electronic Engineering focusing on Knowledge Based Intelligent Systems Engineering.

Among many other engagements, he worked as Associate Professor in Mathematics and Computer Science at Central State University in Ohio; Senior Lecturer in Mathematics at University of Papua New Guinea and Lecturer in Mathematics at Curtin University of Technology.  Asit was the recipient of Professor of Excellence Award from Southern Ohio Council of Higher Education. University of South Australia granted him twice with “Best Journal Paper Award” for his outstanding research in Intelligent Systems Engineering. Dr. Saha was also recognized as “Top Faculty” among all Historical Black Colleges and Universities in the US. He authored more than 30 research publications in reputable peer reviewed international journals.

Asit is working as a research scientist at Ingeniation and provides professional scientific support as well as contributing to the theoretical and mathematical foundations of our AI technology.
